SUNDAY MAY 18th at 2:00 PM Reception, Concert & Dinner!
The New Valley Symphony Orchestra is holding their annual Grand Gala.We have been providing the community and Los Angeles Public Schools with concerts free of charge for the past 37 years. Many of the children we perform for have never seen a live professional orchestra perform although many of them play in their own school orchestras in the few remaining music programs that still exist. Our goal next year is to perform our regular 4 public concerts at Liberty Hall FREE OF CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC in addition to 6 in school concerts reaching over 7000 students. We also expect to augment our program by providing hands-on small group workshops (Master Classes) after school with professional musicians from the Symphony. Each concert costs about $8,000 to perform. In order to sustain this vital gift, we need your support at our gala.
We'll begin the evening with cocktails and hors d' oeuvre followed by 40 minute program with operatic singers, pop singers, and various solo instrumentalists. After intermission dinner will be served in the beautiful formal gardens. During Dinner you will be entertained by an outstanding professional flamenco quartet. For those of you that choose our VIP tickets, you will join us for cognac and drinks at the cigar bar by the fireside.
We will have valet and reserved parking for your exotics if you call and reserve your spot by May 5th,2008 by calling 818-988-5900 or 818-988-0755. Don't forget to request your exotic car parking.
